ISO Systems UK Now NEESPR Registered>

I'm pleased to report that ISO Systems Limited is now fully approved and listed on the North East England Service Providers Register for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management systems and training services, and already has a five star rating.

This is certainly no mean feat - all applicants to the register are assessed and approved to ensure they are capable of providing a high level of service to referred customers, and a high customer rating is needed to ensure continued inclusion on the register.

Listing on the register is not automatic - only registered, accessed and approved providers with satisfactory customer feedback and appropriate qualifications are eligible to be listed and receive referrals from Business Link and other business support organisations using the North East England Service Provider Register (NEESPR).

The North East England Service Provider Register is the only register being used by all Business Link account managers to source provision for clients.

Only registered providers with satisfactory customer feedback are eligible to receive referrals from Business Link and other business support organisations using the North East England Service Provider Register so, So, it's a true mark of quality!

Alan Trueman (right) received a framed certificate and bottle of champagne in recognition of being “North of England Associate of the Year” 2008.

Alan has not only contributed in tangible ways (introducing Awards applicants, assessors, engaging clients and learners, running open courses, helping clients achieve ISO 9001 in short time scales and preparing for the transitions, doing beta pluses, MoE validations and so on) to the growth of NoEE, but has done so with a very positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm - well done Alan!
